I am a husband, father of two boys, musician, traveler, former Peace Corps Volunteer and triathlete (can I say that if I've completed only one triathlon?). My entire working life has been spent in the customer service industry in various capacities. I tend to be a very calm, practical and rationally minded person. I'm not someone thats going to come up to you with a showy sales pitch, or to tell you how amazing I am. My focus is you, not me. I aim to grow my business through serving my customers reliably and exceptionally. I see myself as an advisor that provides clear information through what can be a very unpredictable process. This allows you to fully experience the excitement of the moment while remaining confident that you're making sound decisions along the way.
